Why take the training to teach Tai Chi?  Tai Chi helps with better balance and falls prevention for seniors, along with the fact that Senior Solutions will pay for instructor training and certification in exchange for providing two series of workshops for seniors.

Here is the reminder about our next two Fall Prevention Training Workshops. If you know of people interested in taking either Level One or Level Two, now is the time to encourage them to step up for the journey! There’s full information on our website at: www.seniorsolutionsvt.org  and  the basics are below. If you have questions, get in touch with any of Tai Chi Vermont’s Authorized Trainers and who will do their best to reply quickly.

Training Options:

Fall Prevention Level One, Castleton Community Center, March 31 and April 1, 9-4 each day plus a pre-workshop Zoom session (required) on March 18, 1-4. Please email Laurie Knauer if interested.

Fall Prevention Level Two, Aldrich Memorial Library, Barre, April 18 and April 25. Please email Ellie if interested (see cc line above).
