State Legislators
We encourage you to contact your Vermont state legislators about issues that matter to you, such as support for elders and family caregivers. You can look up the postal addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses for your district in the Legislative Directory at https://legislature.vermont.gov/.
You can also meet your legislators in person at the State House or at various public functions in your district. Legislators are generally happy to hear from or meet with their constituents, time permitting.
