This important publication, authored by Corey Prachniak, Esq., is a guide to creating advance directives with specific language that protects the interests of transgender individuals in having their gender identity and expression respected. The publication addresses the Healthcare Power of Attorney, Living Will and Disposition of Bodily Human Remains.

The Vermont Funeral Consumers Alliance
This organization educates people about their options for final arrangements and serves as a resource for those who have complaints about a funeral service, funeral director, or funeral home.  Their web site offers many helpful resources, including a price surveyaffordable options, and suggestions.

The Center on Aging
The University of Hawaii has produced five wonderful downloadable booklets, their Complete Life series, that cover the spectrum of support knowledge needed for end-of-life care.
