This is a support group for friends, family, and caregivers of Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. This group was created so that we can talk with other caregivers about our questions and concerns related to our loved ones disease.

The Advisory Council is comprised of individuals representing towns, community organizations and interests concerned with older adults. We welcome representatives from all towns in our service region.
