Southeastern Vermont

We believe every person should be able to age in the place of their choice with the support they need and the opportunity for meaningful relationships and active engagement in their community.

Join Us for an Open Enrollment Presentation

The Medicare Open Enrollment Period (OEP) for 2025 is October 15 – December 7. During this time, all people with Medicare can review their current coverage, compare options, and make changes to their Medicare Advantage (Part C) or Medicare Part D (prescription drug) plans.

Important Considerations: Even if you’re happy with your current plan, it’s a good idea to compare options during this period. Plan offerings and costs can change each year.
If you don’t make any changes, your current coverage may continue into the next year.

Jim Lawrence

“It’s always wonderful, connecting with people. You get to know their routine, and you get to understand if there’s an unusual situation.”

Bill Billard

Case Management Client

“Trust is important to me, and I believe it is important to anyone who has a case manager. My case manager has helped me when needed first with a walker, then a lift chair. This year, he helped me get a mobility scooter. The folks at Senior Solutions have earned my trust.”
