Supporting Vermont Seniors 60 Years and Older to Live Independently In Their Communities

seniors at homeThis section describes services that Senior Solutions offers to Vermont elders and family caregivers, most of which are accessed by calling our Senior HelpLine at 1-800-642-5119. This section also includes some services that we do not provide but can help you apply for. Most of the services offered by other organizations, though, are found under the Resources tab above. Click a link on the left to start exploring our services, or click here to watch a 3 minute video about our services.

Senior Solutions, formerly the Council on Aging for Southeastern Vermont, is one of five Area Agencies on Aging (AAA) in Vermont. The five AAAs work together to provide a consistent package of services statewide. This means that an elder and their family may expect similar elder services, including Advocacy, in Windsor and Windham counties or elsewhere in Vermont.

(Council on Aging for Southeastern VT) Windham & Windsor Counties (Except for towns of Bethel, Rochester, Royalton, Sharon, Stockbridge. Includes towns of Searsburg, Readsboro, Thetford and Winhall)
