Eyecare America has a Senior EyeCare program that provides free eye exams and treatment to U.S. citizens 65 and older who have not seen an ophthalmologist in 3+ years and who do not belong to an HMO or the VA.

Vision Aware: American Foundation for the Blind (AFB) and Reader’s Digest Partners for Sight Foundation sponsor VisionAware, a free, easy-to-use informational website for adults with vision loss, their families, caregivers, healthcare providers, and social service professionals.

Vermont Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired

Low Vision Support Groups are held in various locations, facilitated by a Vision Rehabilitation Therapist.
