“Keeping Our Brains Healthy”
There is an virtual Community Presentation being held on January 25, 2024 by The Minnesota – North Dakota Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.  The time is shown as 11:a.m. – 12 p.m. CST (CST). Titled “Keeping Our Brains Healthy” presenting Alzheimer’s impact on Black Americans, Hispanic Americans/Latinos and Tribal Communities. LGBTQ+ Caregiver Support Group
The Alzheimer’s Association also has a Virtual Support Group for LGBTQ+ Caregiver Support Group. They hold monthly virtual meetings on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 3:30 – 4:30 for caregivers who are supporting someone diagnosed with any type of dementia. Free online Health and wellness programs from January – March 2024. These courses include: a High Blood Pressure Management Series, a Quit Nicotine Class Series, the Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Program Series, a Diabetes Management Series.
