Senior Solutions – Council on Aging for Southeastern VT is seeking an individual to oversee community-based nutrition, develop wellness initiatives in collaboration with community partners, and participate in the planning of elder related transportation services throughout Windsor and Windham counties. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work cooperatively with a wide variety of people and organizations. A full description of position can be seen here. The ideal candidate must have professional phone experience in a Call and Resource or Crisis Intervention Center. Knowledge of elder needs highly desired. AIRS certification a plus. BA required.  Prefer candidate to live within a 30 mile radius of workplace.  Goal is to become part of a Call Center Resource Team located in Springfield.  Some field work will be required.  Full-time position. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Generous Benefit package.  EOE.
