Annual Meeting & Successful Aging Awards

Ten seniors from Windsor and Windham Counties were honored with Successful Aging Awards at the annual meeting of Senior Solutions on October 29, 2014 in Bellows Falls at Immanuel Episcopal Church.

Awards for Excellence in Community service were presented to Townshend residents Marge Holt and Howard Graff, Winnie Dolan of Newfane, William “Bill” O’Connor of Bellows Falls and Joan Lake of Grafton.

Raymond and Joyce Ballantine of Jamaica and June Dibble of Newfane received awards for Excellence in Community and Civic Leadership.

An award for Excellence in Health & Wellness and Community Service was presented to  Earlene Smith of Londonderry.

Helen High Burdick of Weston was honored for Excellence in Civic Leadership.

Successful Aging Awards are based on nominees’ contributions to the community and their exemplary personal qualities.
